INFORMATION FOR FOREIGN STUDENTS
Portaanpään kristillinen opisto tarjoaa opintoja yli 16- ja 17-vuotiaille. Se ei siis ole peruskoulu vaan toisen asteen oppilaitos. Jos tahdot opiskella lukiossamme, sinulla tulisi olla todistus opinnoista, jotka vastaavat suomalaista perusopetusta. Lisäksi sinun tulee olla vähintään 16-vuotias. Jos taas tahdot opiskella aikuisten perusopetuksessa, sinun tulee olla 17-vuotias.
Portaanpää Christian Institute provides studies for students who are not under 16/17 years old. Thus, we are not a comprehensive school but devoted to secondary education. If you are willing to study in our gymnasium, you should have an exam corresponding the grades of Finnish comprehensive training. Moreover, you should be, at least, 16 years old. If you are interested in two years Finnish language program that involves an examination in Finnish comprehensive training, you should be at least 17 years old.
